Under the document, the Cabinet of Ministers is suggested to prepare and refer to the Verkhovna Rada information on adherence to the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine by the state executive service while executing court decisions and suggestions to the draft recommendations of parliamentary hearings by April 26, 2013. The Committee on Judicial Policy jointly with the Cabinet of Ministers is to maintain preparation and holding of the abovementioned parliamentary hearings and make suggestions in regard to their recommendations.
The respective draft resolution was registered under No. 2506.
